Save-On-Foods Mother’s Day Campaign Raises $93,482 for Women’s Health Initiatives

On Mother’s Day, love was in full bloom—and so was generosity. Through the annual Bunches of Love campaign, Save-On-Foods offered customers a heartfelt way to celebrate women across Western Canada while supporting critical women’s health initiatives.

We are thrilled to officially share the results thanks to the generous support of customers, team members, and supplier partners, the campaign raised an incredible $93,482 in total for women’s health with contributions of $23,371 being made to the Alberta Women’s Health Foundation with the remaining funds distributed to other regional women’s health partners, each working to improve care and research in their communities.

Despite making up over half the population, women continue to be underrepresented in medical research—a gap that leads to delayed diagnoses, misinformed treatment, and preventable health inequities. Campaigns like Bunches of Love help turn awareness into action by funding the research and resources women urgently need.

The flowers may fade, but their impact won’t. As we look ahead, Save-On-Foods remains committed to championing women’s health—because a healthier tomorrow begins with action today. Thank you, Save-On-Foods, for being part of the change.

Together, we are building a healthier future for women across Western Canada—one bunch at a time.
